Our Organization

LiteBrite, LLC was born out of a passion, commitment and drive to support adults who have dedicated their careers to the lives of children. Launched in March of 2014, LiteBrite’s leadership team combined forty plus years of education foundations in the areas of early childhood, school-age, elementary and secondary education. LiteBrite, LLC is an MSDE approved training organization that provides state certification in all Core Knowledge areas, Setting the Stage (MMSR) Training, Healthy Beginnings, Excels, credentialing and accreditation consulting, and leadership and professionalism seminars. A talented team of individuals collaborate to write and develop training that aligns with the state outcomes.

Preparing for The Race To the Top – Early Learning Challenge, LiteBrite, LLC aligned its focus with the vision created by MSDE to deliver a quality rating improvement system identified as EXCELS. LiteBrite provides professional development that assists with the EXCELS standards to include areas such as: the environmental rating scale, developmental screening tools, lesson planning and assessment. Through networking and relationship building, we have successfully expanded our endeavors to meet the needs in Harford, Cecil, Baltimore, Prince George’s, Howard, Carroll counties and Baltimore City. An invitation to participate in the 2014 state conference hosted by the Maryland State Child Care Association provided LiteBrite with the honor of training over 450 attendees where we were given exemplary performance reviews.

LiteBrite is looking for talented Early Childhood Professionals to join our team.  If you are interested in learning more about becoming a trainer for LiteBrite, please click on the link below to send a resume.
